RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 - MTR ELIZABETH LINE (STATIONS & REVENUE GRADES)

 

Further to my previous correspondence of 18^th June 2024 on the above matter, I am writing to provide you with an update concerning the latest developments in relation to the pay negotiations.

 

At a meeting held earlier today with MTR Elizabeth Line, the following revised offer was tabled by the company:

 

• 1 year offer 
• 4.5% increase applicable from 1^st April 2024
• No compulsory redundancy commitment for the duration of the agreement

 

In addition to the above, the company indicated that work was continuing to develop the offer to include a minimum level increase for those members on the lowest paid grades, with a commitment given to provide an update as soon as reasonably practicable.

 

I will of course keep you informed of any further developments in this regard but please be assured that RMT remains determined to achieve the best possible award for our members during these negotiations.
