RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 - MTR ELIZABETH LINE 

 

I am writing to provide you with an update concerning the latest developments in relation to the pay discussions.

 

At a meeting held with MTR Elizabeth Line earlier today, the following initial offer was tabled by the company:

 

• 1 year offer 
• 3.4% increase applicable from 1^st April 2024

 

The company was informed that the offer was unlikely to meet the aspirations of our members in this regard with a further meeting to held on 18^th June 2024.

 

I will of course keep you informed of any further developments in this regard.
