Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2024 - MTR Elizabeth Line (Stations and Revenue Grades)

 

Referring to previous correspondence, pay talks have re-convened and the following revised offer has been received in respect of the Stations and Revenue Grades:

 

• One Year Pay Award backdated to 1^st April 2024 – 31^st March 2025
• For the lowest paid Customer Experience Assistants across East, West and Central Sections, they will receive an increase of £2,272 on their base salary taking them from £26,978 to £29,250
• An increase in the Paddington Competency Allowance from £2,000 - £2,500
• The SCROs will receive they will receive an increase of £2,272 on their base salary taking them from £35,219 to £37,500
• For all other Customer Experience colleagues, the headline offer is 4.5% which represents February 2024 RPI and is more than the current rate of RPI which is 3.6%
• A 4.5% increase on night shift allowances

 

Having discussed this matter with your Representatives, the union’s National Executive Committee has instructed me to inform the company of our acceptance of the offer. This instruction has been carried out and I have requested that the increase is paid at the earliest opportunity.
