Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2024 – National Oceanography Centre 

 

The referendum of you and your colleagues over the company’s pay offer has concluded with members voting to accept the pay offer. For ease of reference the accepted pay offer is as follows: 

 

• A 3.5% consolidated pay increase subject to all HMRC deductions, applied across all individual salaries, with monies backdated to 1^st July 2024.
• A further 0.5% consolidated increase. This will also be applied to band minima and maxima against both legacy pay-scales and NOC CLG progression zones.

 

Your union’s National Executive Committee has considered this result and thanked members for participating. I have written to the company confirming this Union’s acceptance of the pay offer and requesting that the increase and any back monies are paid.
