RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 - NETWORK RAIL

 

As you know, negotiations between your union and Network Rail on this year’s pay increase have been going on for some time now and I can well understand why many members are frustrated over the length of these talks.

 

I did report to you that, at the conclusion of the last meeting, the company committed to formulating a definite proposal for your union to consider. 

 

I now expect the company to produce its full and final offer when we meet next Thursday (22^nd August), following which your union’s National Executive Committee will consider these proposals.

 

I thank you for showing patience throughout this process, however I now hope to be able to provide you with the details of the offer at the end of next week.
