Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2024 – Offshore Diving Industry Agreement

 

Referring to previous correspondence, I can report that the union’s negotiating team will meet with the ODIA signatories under the auspices of ACAS on Tuesday 6^th August 2024. Make no mistake, the ODIA signatories have requested further pay talks because RMT members have signalled their willingness to take industrial action. It is a testament to the strength and solidarity our members, that this union has been able to re-open negotiations.  

 

In the meantime, the strike action for GDC members at Boskalis Subsea Services, Subsea7 and TechnipFMC UK remains in place. I can also report that the National Executive Committee has decided to re-ballot GDC members at Helix WellOps for industrial action and I will advise you of the ballot timetable in due course. Furthermore, I will write to our ODIA ‘dayrater’ members with instructions next week.
