Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2024 – Offshore Diving Industry Agreement 

Referring to previous correspondence, I can report that ODIA pay negotiations with the company signatories are still ongoing. Your union spent a full day in talks yesterday and further discussions are scheduled for today. Once this round of talks has concluded, then the union’s negotiating team will submit a report to the union’s National Executive Committee for consideration.     

I trust this keeps you fully advised on the matter and I will, of course, advise you once the union’s National Executive Committee has made a decision on this matter.
