Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2024 – Offshore Diving Industry Agreement 

 

All Directly Employed ODIA Members

 

The closing date for the ballot is Thursday 30^th July 2024 - so if you haven't done so already - now is the time to vote. Due to balloting laws I cannot stress enough how important it is that you fill in your ballot paper and return it as soon as possible.

 

To meet the thresholds imposed by the draconian anti-trade union laws, it is vitally important that you vote 'YES' for strike action and return your paper in the freepost envelope provided.

 

Today is your last day to request a replacement ballot paper, if you have not received yours, please email us at ballot@rmt.org.uk or contact the RMT Helpline on 0800 376 3706 confirming your address and a replacement ballot paper will be sent out to you by first class post.

The e-referendum is open for members to vote until midday on Thursday 30^th July 2024, and I urge you to use your vote in this referendum.
