Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2024 – Offshore Diving Industry Agreement 

 

Referring to previous correspondence, noting your overwhelming rejection of the revised pay offer in the recent referendum, the union’s National Executive Committee has instructed me to advise the signatories that this union is now in dispute with the ODIA companies. This instruction has been carried out. I have advised the signatories that this union remains available for meaningful talks in order resolve the pay dispute.

 

The National Executive Committee has also instructed me to seek an urgent legal opinion regarding the contractual status of those working under the ODIA. Once this advice has been received then the National Executive Committee will decide the next steps in this dispute.
