Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2024 – Orkney Ferries

 

In line with union policy, a submission for an increase in pay and improved terms and conditions has been presented to Orkney Ferries. The union’s negotiating team has now met with the company; however, at the meeting no formal offer was tabled.

 

Orkney Ferries has advised that pay talks will be re-convened, when they are in a position to table a pay offer.
