Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2024 – P&O Cruises (Carnival UK) 

 

2024 pay talks between your RMT negotiating team and P&O Cruises (Carnival UK) began in November. At the conclusion of the first round of talks, the company tabled a ‘no strings attached’ one year deal of 2%. Having discussed this matter with your Representatives, the union’s National Executive Committee rejected this derisory offer. 

 

Pay talks have now been reconvened and the following revised offer has been tabled by management:

 

• A 3% pay uplift backdated to 1^st January 2024.

 

Following a workplace consultation, the union’s National Executive Committee has rejected the above offer. The company has been informed of our rejection of their offer and a meeting has been requested to seek an improved offer.  

 

In the meantime, I urge all members to ensure that their details are up to date with the RMT. Members can contact the union if their job title, address, or workplace has recently changed.
