RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 – PULLMAN RAIL

 

Further to my most recent correspondence dated 26^th June 2024, I am writing to provide you with an update in relation to the pay negotiations.

 

At a meeting held with Pullman Rail earlier today, the following initial offer was tabled by the company:

 

• 2% increase applicable from 6^th April 2024
• Proposed introduction of a Profit-Sharing Scheme (additional 2% per year providing targets such as KPI are met)

 

While discussions will continue, the company was informed that the offer in its current format fell well short of the aspirations of our members in this regard and was completely unacceptable.

 

An additional meeting will now be held on 5^th August 2024, and I will of course keep you informed of any further developments. Please, however, be assured that RMT remains determined to achieve the best possible award for our members during these negotiations.
