RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 - PULLMAN RAIL

 

Further to previous correspondence on the above, I am writing to provide you with an update in relation to the pay discussions.

 

At a meeting held with Pullman Rail today, the following revised offer was tabled by the company for consideration:

 

• 3% increase applicable from 6^th April 2024
• Proposed introduction of a Profit-Sharing Scheme (additional 2% per year providing targets such as KPI are met)

 

Although the company was advised by the RMT negotiating team that the revised offer was unlikely to meet the aspirations of our members, nevertheless this issue will be discussed at the next Cardiff 7 Branch meeting, the details for which are as follows:
