RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 - PULLMAN RAIL

 

I am writing to provide you with an update on the pay negotiations as further discussions have taken place. At the conclusion to the latest series of talks, the following revised offer has now been tabled:

 

One Year Offer

 

  • Year One - 4.6% increase applicable from 6th April 2024
  • A commitment to discussions and to an agreement by March 2025 on a Profit Share Mechanism for all Pullman staff to be implemented from 2025/26 financial year*
  • A commitment to discussions and to an agreement by October 2025 on a Performance Related Pay mechanism to be implemented from 2026/27 financial year*

 

*Both the Profit Share Mechanism and Performance Related Pay Mechanism will need to be agreed by the Pullman Council and endorsed by RMT.

 

Your RMT Representatives will now be consulting with members to seek their views on the offer, and I would recommend that you speak with them to express your views.  Following on from this, the offer will then be referred to the RMT National Executive Committee for consideration.
