RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 – ROYAL FLEET AUXILIARY

 

Your fight for pay justice continues this week with strike action scheduled for Thursday 1^st August 2024. For ease of reference, the strike action is as follows: 

 

• If your ship is in port DO NOT TURN TO for any duty that commences between 00:01 hours and 23:59 hours on Thursday 1^st August 2024.

 

 

The action you have taken so far in this campaign has been rock solid and I know this action will have 100% support also. I can also say that this campaign is having a major effect on the RFA itself and having an impact much wider. Unfortunately, we still have not seen a new offer coming in for you and your colleagues, but I am sure that with an extra push the employers will be forced back round the table and come up with an improved package.

 

I would urge all members, wherever they can, to show up on the picket lines on Thursday, and the details are as follows:
