RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024

STAGECOACH CHESTERFIELD (ENGINEERING & CLEANING GRADES)

 

A further consultation has taken place amongst you and your colleagues regarding the pay offer received in respect of the above and your Lead Officer has reported a majority in favour of accepting the offer. This matter has been considered by the National Executive Committee, which has taken the decision to advise the Company of our acceptance of the offer.

 

For your ease of reference, the accepted offer is as follows:

 

• The offer is for 12 months, commencing 1st July 2024 to 1st July 2025
• The offer applies to all engineers and cleaners based at Chesterfield depot
• The hourly rates would apply as follows:
