RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024

SERCO LONDON CYCLE HIRE SCHEME

 

In line with Union policy, a claim was submitted to the Company for a substantial increase in rates of pay and improvements to conditions of service. Your Lead Officer has held talks with the Company, which has made the following offer:

 

• A 2.75% increase, effective 1^st April 2024 for all staff who earn above the London Living Wage (LLW). Those staff who receive the LLW will receive no increment other than the increase mandated by the LLW, which was applied by SERCO in May of this year.

 

The matter has been considered by the National Executive Committee and I have written to Serco to advise that this offer is unacceptable. If an improved offer is not forthcoming, a dispute situation will exist between us and members will be balloted for industrial action.
