The referendum has now concluded with members’ voting as follows:

 

Total Votes Cast:                    7

Number Voting ‘Yes’:              1

Number Voting ‘No’:               6

 

The National Executive Committee has considered this matter and taken the decision to inform the Company of our rejection of the offer. Your Lead Officer will be meeting with you and your RMT Reps to seek your views on this matter and I will keep you advised of all further developments.
