RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024

STAGECOACH SOUTH WINCHESTER (ENGINEERING)

 

The referendum regarding the above has concluded with members voting as follows:

 

Total Votes Cast…                   9

Number Voting ‘Yes’…            9

Number Voting ‘No’…              0

 

The National Executive Committee has considered this matter and taken the decision to advise the Company of our acceptance of the offer. I have asked that the increase, along with backdated monies, is paid at the earliest opportunity.

 

For your ease of reference, the accepted offer is as follows:

 

• Skilled rates of pay an increase of 4.7%
• Cleaners and Shunters rates of pay 4.99%
• The next pay anniversary would be Sunday 31^st August 2025
