Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2024 – Stagecoach South Winchester (Drivers)

 

In line with Union policy, a claim was submitted to the Company for a substantial increase in rates of pay and improvements to conditions of service. Talks have taken place with the Company and the offer which has been tabled, effective 6^th March 2024, is as follows:

The next pay anniversary date would be Sunday 9^th March 2025.

 

The National Executive Committee has considered a report received from your Lead Officer and has instructed me to conduct an e-referendum of you and your colleagues with a recommendation to vote ‘YES’ to accept the offer.

 

The on-line referendum will close on at 10am on Thursday 11^th April 2024. 

 

Referendum Instructions

 

Members will shortly receive an email from ‘RMT Referenda’ which will allow you to register your vote. Please follow the instructions and make sure you complete this by no later than 10:00 hours on Thursday 11^th April 2024.
