RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024

STAGECOACH SOUTH BASINGSTOKE (ENGINEERING)

 

Talks have taken place with the Company in respect of the above and the following offer has been received:

 

• A 5% increase across all grades, effective from 1^st May 2024

 

Your union’s National Executive Committee (NEC) has considered the offer and it has instructed me to hold an e-referendum of you and your colleagues so you can have your say on it. The NEC has noted a report from your Lead Officer and is recommending that you vote ‘NO’ to reject the offer.

The on-line referendum will close at 11:00 hours on Tuesday 2^nd July 2024

 

Referendum Instructions

 

Members will shortly receive an email from 'RMT Referenda' which will allow you to register your vote. Please follow the instructions and make sure you complete this by no later than 11:00 hours on Tuesday 2^nd July 2024.
