The weekly bonus will stay the same as current.

 

To include the bonus based on a 39-hour week would mean the effective hourly rates from June would be:

The next pay anniversary would be Sunday 4th May 2025.

 

Your union’s National Executive Committee (NEC) has considered the offer and it has instructed me to hold an e-referendum of you and your colleagues so you can have your say on it. The NEC has noted a report from your Lead Officer and is recommending that you vote ‘YES’ to accept the offer.

The on-line referendum will close at 11:00 hours on Thursday 30^th May 2024
