RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024

STAGECOACH SOUTH ANDOVER (ENGINEERING)

 

Your RMT negotiating team has held further talks with the Company, resulting in a revised offer, as follows: 

 

• A 5% pay increase from the anniversary of 29^th January 2024 for Engineering Maintenance grades
• 75p per hour increase to the Engineering Servicing grades (Shunters/Cleaners) from the anniversary of 29^thJanuary 2024
• Back pay to 29^th January 2024
• A new pay grade introduced for Fueller Shunter Cleaners without a PCV licence
• The removal of Contract B, Contract A will now adopt the pay of Contract B from 1^st April 2024. All other conditions for Contract A remain
• Sick pay at 86% of full pay for all grades
• A weekend/Bank holiday 50p enhancement applied to the hourly rate for all grades

 

Having considered a report from your Lead Officer, the National Executive Committee has taken the decision to advise the Company of our acceptance of the offer. I have asked that the increase, along with backdated monies, is paid at the earliest opportunity.
