Dear RMT Member,

 

RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024

STAGECOACH SOUTH BASINGSTOKE (ENGINEERING)

 

Following member’s rejection of the previous pay offer, further negotiations have taken place with the company and the revised offer which has been received is as follows:

 

• A 5.5% increase across all grades, effective from 1^st May 2024
• An additional £1 to the standard rate for overtime and weekend hours worked
• The next pay review will be 1^st May 2025

 

Your union’s National Executive Committee (NEC) has considered the offer and it has instructed me to hold an e-referendum of you and your colleagues so you can have your say on it. The NEC has noted a report from your Lead Officer and is recommending that you vote ‘NO’ to reject the offer. I must also advise you that a rejection of this offer will lead to a ballot for industrial action.

The on-line referendum will close at 11:00 hours on Tuesday 20^th August 2024

Members will shortly receive an email from 'RMT Referenda' which will allow you to register your vote. Please follow the instructions and make sure you complete this by no later than 11:00 hours on Tuesday 20^th August 2024.
