Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2024 – Technip Coflexip Offshore Ltd    

 

The union's negotiating team has attended a series of meetings with the company and at the conclusion of these talks the following offer has been tabled:

 

• 4% increase in salaries effective 1^st October 2024
• 4% increase in salaries effective 1^st October 2025

 

Noting the views of the union's negotiating team, the National Executive Committee has rejected the above offer. A meeting has been scheduled with the company to discuss this matter and I will provide another update following the conclusion of the meeting.
