RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 - TRANSPORT FOR WALES GOV (CATERING GADES)

 

Further to my previous correspondence of 31^st July 2024, I am writing to provide an update in relation to the pay talks.

 

At a meeting held with the Transport for Wales earlier today to discuss the outstanding pay award, the company tabled the following revised offer for consideration:

 

• 2 Year Offer
• Year One - 3.5% increase applicable from 1^stApril 2024
• Year Two - RPI increase (February 2025) applicable from 1^st April 2025
• No compulsory redundancy agreement

 

Over the coming days, your RMT Representatives will be consulting with members to seek your views on the offer, and I would recommend that you speak with your representative to express your views.  Following on from this, the offer will be referred to the RMT National Executive Committee for consideration.
