Dear RMT Member,

 

RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 – THALES (GTS)

 

At the conclusion of pay talks last year, it was agreed to commence 2024 pay talks in January. Talks have taken place with the Company and the offer which has been received is as follows:

 

  • A 5.5% increase, effective 1st January 2024
  • A further £250 consolidated payment on base salary, effective 1st July 2024
  • Permanent removal of the gainshare scheme with immediate effect. No future payments will be made and no payment would be made in March 2024 for the 2023 performance year.

 

The National Executive Committee has noted a report received from your Lead Officer and taken the decision to conduct an e-referendum amongst members with a recommendation that you VOTE ‘YES’ to accept the offer.

 

The referendum will close at 11am on Tuesday 6th February 2024. 

 

Referendum Instructions

 

Members will shortly receive an email from 'RMT Referenda' which will allow you to register your vote. Please follow the instructions and make sure you complete this by no later than 11:00 hours on Tuesday 6th February 2024.
