The referendum has now concluded with members’ voting as follows:

 

Total Votes Cast…                   38

Number Voting ‘Yes’…            9

Number Voting ‘No’…              29

 

This matter has been considered by the National Executive Committee, which has noted the result and thanked members for taking part in the referendum. The NEC has taken the decision to advise the Company of our rejection of the offer and seek an updated report from your Lead Officer.
