Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2024 – Windermere Lake Cruises 

 

In line with union policy, a pay submission for an increase in pay and improved terms and conditions has been submitted. The Regional Organiser has met with the company and the following offer has been tabled:

 

• An increase of 5.8% to all employees with a minimum underpin of 75p per hour. Charter Rates increased to Skipper £6.20 per hour (was £5.85 per hour) and Crew to £4.15 per hour (was £3.90 per hour). Applicable from 1^st February 2024.

 

Following a workplace consultation, the union’s National Executive Committee has instructed me to inform the company of our acceptance of the offer. This instruction has been carried out and I have requested that the increase is paid at the earliest opportunity.
