RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2025 – STENA (SEAFARERS & PORTS)

 

I am writing to inform you that RMT met Stena management last week to discuss our submission for improved rates of pay and conditions of service for 2025.  We recognise the expectation of members to initiate pay negotiations as early as possible and to avoid drawn out negotiations.

 

We expect to reconvene with company representatives later this month when they are expected to respond to the points raised on your behalf.  Your elected representatives who attended the meeting will be delivering update reports to all members in greater detail.

 

Furthermore, we have identified that a number of members need to update contact details to receive up-to date information and participate in upcoming electronic referendums and this can be done online by visiting www.rmt.org.uk/about/update-your-details/ emailing membership@rmt.org.uk or calling 0800 376 3706.

 

Lastly, I would like to encourage all members to assist in recruiting any individuals who are not currently a member of RMT within your workplace, it is the responsibility of all members to progress our collective strength and ensure that we have effective representative structures in place in every workplace.
