RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2025 – SWIETELSKY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LTD

 

Further to members’ rejection of the previous pay offer, negotiations have been ongoing between your Union and the company. As a result, an improved pay offer has been tabled by your employer:

 

• A 3.75% increase in pay, effective from 1^st April 2025

 

The National Executive Committee has noted a report received from your Lead Officer and that this is an improved offer. The NEC has therefore instructed me to hold an e-referendum of you and your colleagues with a recommendation that you vote ‘YES’ to accept the offer.

The on-line referendum will close at 11am on Thursday 31^st July 2025.

 

Referendum Instructions

 

Members will shortly receive an email from 'RMT Referenda' which will allow you to register your vote. Please follow the instructions and make sure you complete this by no later than 11:00 hours on Thursday 31^st July 2025.
