MASS MEETING ARRANGED FOR 6TH NOVEMBER 2019

REDUCED TICKET OFFICE OPENING HOURS – ARRIVA RAIL LONDON
Further to previous correspondence you will be aware that we are preparing to ballot members in two separate ballots over ARL’s new proposed operating model as well as their plans to drastically cut ticket office opening hours. If these proposals are to go ahead they will have grave consequences for safety, service and accessibility across London Overground stations.
A mass member meeting has now organised to discuss the latest situation and you are invited to attend to have your voice heard. In attendance will be members of the union’s National Executive Committee and Lead Officer Steve Hedley. This is due to take place on Wednesday 6th November 2019 at 1100 hours at the following venue: -
Indian YMCA (Near Warren Street Station)

London W1T 6AQ
(Tea and Coffee will be provided)
In addition to the above we are continuing with our preparations to conduct the ballots for industrial action with the necessary membership checks currently underway. I urge you all to ensure your details are correct in preparation for the ballot as this is very important due to very strict anti-trade union laws in relation to ballots.
