ROSTERING ARRANGEMENTS – SB RAIL (BABCOCK RAIL & SWIETELSKY)

 

REMINDER TO VOTE – REFERENDUM CLOSES AT MIDDAY ON TUESDAY 9^THJANUARY

 

Further to my previous correspondence, the e-referendum is open for members to vote until 12:00 noon on Tuesday 9^thJanuary 2024, and I urge you to cast your vote. 

 

This is your chance to have a say on the company’s offer, following their failure to implement and adhere to part of the agreement relating to roster changes from a day shift to night shift, or vice versa. As a reminder of the offer:

 

The Company has offered to pay for the night to day shift roster changes commencing from 22^nd November 2022 and up to shifts commencing on the 31^st March 2023. The Company stated this offer is a ‘good will gesture’ and is an enhancement from its initial offer covering 22^nd November 2022 until 9^th February 2023. Roster changes from days to nights will continue to be paid going forward.

 

You will have received an email from RMT referenda, and it will contain your voting link and instructions on how to cast it. If you have not received this, please check your junk/spam folders before either emailing referenda@rmt.org.uk or ringing the helpline on 0800 376 3706.
