REMINDER TO VOTE

PLEASE RETURN YOUR BALLOT PAPER 

BY NO LATER THAN THURSDAY 9^TH MAY 2024

ROSTERING ISSUES, CATERING GRADES – AVANTI WEST COAST

 

All Avanti West Coast Catering grade members should now have received their ballot paper for the above dispute, from the independent scrutineer Civica. If you have not yet done so, please make sure you return your ballot paper to the scrutineer by the closing date of Thursday 9^thMay 2024.

 

If you have not received your ballot paper or if you know of a colleague who has not received theirs, please email us at info@rmt.org.uk or contact the RMT Helpline on 0800 376 3706and a replacement ballot paper will be sent out to your home address by first class post.

 

Do not waste your vote. It is imperative that we get a massive return in the ballot for industrial action, so we are not prevented from acting on our members’ wishes by the ballot thresholds.Failure to meet these thresholds means industrial action cannot happen so a high turnout is absolutely crucial. 

 

I urge you all to use your vote. Vote 'YES' for strike action and ‘YES’ for action short of a strike to demand that Avanti West Coast immediately take our concerns seriously and address the issues at the heart of this dispute without delay
