Dear Colleague

STP (SHORT TERM PLANNING DIAGRAMS), 60 MINUTE COMPULSORY OVERTIME IMPOSITION, TRAIN MANAGERS – AVANTI WEST COAST

Further discussions have taken place between AWC management and your RMT Representatives and during these discussions, management tabled a proposal. I am pleased to inform you that your Train Manager Company Council Reps and Lead Officer has negotiated a 15-minute overtime obligation on STP diagrams, rather than the enforced 60 minutes overtime that Train Managers have had imposed on them for several years.

Full details of the company’s proposal can be found here

Your union's National Executive Committee has recently considered the proposal and has instructed me to hold an e-referendum of you and your colleagues so that you can have your say on the offer. The Executive Committee believes that in terms of enforced overtime, this is a significantly better arrangement than our AWC Train Managers have had for many years and is therefore, recommending that you vote 'YES' to accept the offer.

Details of the referendum are below.

YOU MUST HAVE AN EMAIL ADDRESS TO TAKE PART
