SUSPENSION, AGUSTIN OCHOA-MEJIA, GROVE PARK DEPOT – CHURCHILL SERVICES (SE TRAINS CONTRACT)   

 

All Churchill Services (SET Contract) members at Grove Park Depot should now have received their ballot paper for the above dispute, from the independent scrutineer Civica. If you have not yet done so, please make sure you return your ballot paper by the closing date of Thursday 23^rd May 2024.

 

You and your colleagues are protected by the ballot for industrial action and you have a legal right to take part in the vote for industrial action, without detriment from your employer. You are also under no obligation to reveal to management the status of your union membership or your voting intentions.

 

If you have not received your ballot paper or if you know of a colleague who has not received theirs, please email us at info@rmt.org.uk or contact the RMT Helpline on 0800 376 3706and a replacement ballot paper will be sent out to your home address first class post.

 

I urge you all to use your vote. Vote 'YES' for strike action and ‘YES’ for action short of a strike to demand that Churchill Services immediately reinstate Augustin Ochoa-Mejia to his substantive role and full duties without delay.
