THIRD PARTY DISMISSAL BY KAD

MMADUKA JOSHUA OBI, ISS (KAD CONTRACT)

 

You and your colleagues are congratulated for demonstrating your solidarity with Brother Obi and returning a magnificent result in favour of taking strike action. ISS has not taken any steps to resolve this matter and has not even made contact with your Union since the ballot result on 22^nd August.

 

Having consulted with your DLR Branch, your Lead Officer has submitted a report and the National Executive Committee has taken the decision to instruct all ISS (KAD Contract) members to take strike action and NOT TO BOOK ON FOR SHIFTS THAT COMMENCE BETWEEN:

 

• 06:00 hours on Wednesday 23^rd October 2024 until 05:59 hours on Thursday 24^th October 2024

 

• 06:00 hours on Wednesday 30^th October 2024 until 05:59 hours on Thursday 31^st October 2024

 

I urge you to stand firm together and support the action to demand that ISS resolves this dispute without delay. I will keep you advised of all further developments.
