RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2015
INTERSERVE FACILITIES (KEOLIS AMEY DOCKLANDS CONTRACT)

Further to previous correspondence, you and your colleagues have taken part in two periods of strike action between Wednesday 27th and Friday 29th May and then between Monday 8th and Wednesday 10th June. Regrettably, talks at ACAS failed to make any progress towards a resolution of this dispute and the Company has not taken any genuine steps to make a decent pay offer or to maintain differentials between grades in line with long-standing agreements.

As a result of the above and following consultation with our DLR Branch and the Lead Officer,  the General Grades Committee has called further action and instructed our Interserve (KAD) members NOT TO BOOK ON FOR ANY SHIFTS THAT COMMENCE BETWEEN:-

•    05:30 hours on Thursday 6th August 2015 and 05:29 hours on Saturday 8th August 2015

There has so far been a complete lack of response from Interserve and I urge you all to continue to stand firm together during this on-going dispute.
