Dear Colleagues

RMT Pay Referendum – Have Your Say!

Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2015 – Network Rail

Referendum papers have been sent to Network Rail members over the current pay offer for Operations, Maintenance, Customer Services and Bands 5 to 8 staff. The union is strongly recommending members vote NO to reject the company’s proposals as we believe they fall well short of our aspirations.

Voting papers have already been despatched to your home addresses and the referendum will close on Tuesday 24th March 2015.

If you do not receive your voting papers by Tuesday 17th March 2015 please contact us immediately on the helpline on 0800 376 3706 or by email to info@rmt.org.uk A voting paper will then be sent to you first class.

USE YOUR VOTE

VOTE “NO” TO REJECT THE OFFER

Yours sincerely

Mick Cash

General Secretary
