"RMT remains deeply concerned at the impact of Government austerity cuts on the TFL budget, cuts that the union believes compromise capacity and safety at a time of surging demand.
"RMT reps are repeatedly reporting severe overcrowding on stations, platforms and trains and the union will continue to fight for the staffing and resources required to deliver safe and reliable services to the people of London."
