The union is currently re-balloting for TfL wide ballot on London Underground over job cuts, pension attacks and detrimental changes to working conditions.
RMT general secretary Mick Lynch said: "This strike today underlines the important role of station staff in assisting the public to go about their travels safely.
"TFL plans to make our members poorer in retirement and to cut 600 station staff jobs is not acceptable and we will continue our industrial campaign until we have a just settlement."
