Rates of Pay & Conditions of Service 2014 – Wabtec Doncaster

INDUSTRIAL ACTION HAS BEEN SUSPENDED

WORK AS NORMAL  

Further to my previous correspondence, dated 25th November 2014, where I advised you of the ballot result, I write to you again to advise you that there have been fresh developments. Talks have taken place and the company has tabled an improved offer.

Following on from consultation with your Lead Officer and Workplace Representatives, your Executive Committee has taken the decision to SUSPEND THE STRIKE ACTION DUE TO COMMENCE AT 00:01 MONDAY 15TH DECEMBER 2014 TO 23:59 FRIDAY 19TH DECEMBER 2014 to allow for a referendum on this improved offer.

All members are instructed to work as normal, I will write again shortly.
